Why Valor?
For much of my life, fear shaped how I moved through the world. I learned to rely on the rational parts of myself while pushing away another part that had always been there—artistic, intuitive, spiritually curious and deeply connected to the subtle world around me.
Eventually, that divide became impossible to ignore. Shamanic practice, intuitive work, astrology and energy work gave me new ways to understand myself, reconnect with what I had suppressed and question how I actually wanted to live. They didn’t teach me how to eliminate fear. They taught me new ways to meet it.
Valor
Our Approach
The foundation of our work is built on five core principles designed to support your journey toward personal power and courageous living.
Grounded
Spirituality doesn't require abandoning critical thinking. We integrate ancient wisdom with a modern, intelligent perspective.
Personal
The modality serves the person—not the other way around. Your unique experience and needs are the primary focus of our work.
Practical
Insight becomes more valuable when you can do something with it. We provide practical tools for conscious participation in your life.
Open
There is no requirement to adopt my worldview. You retain authority over your own life and decisions.
Courageous
The work sometimes asks deeper questions about what you truly desire and what living more fully may ask of you.
